Inquiry
This is usually what the initial communication starts with. You reach out to us with your inquiry about the product you need, either it is a colored packaging box or a card / board game project you are going to launch or even a miniature / toy to be molded. Our professionals will study thoroughly your detailed requirements, especially the detailed specification of the product or the game project, and we are happy to put forward our suggestions to you on the materials and the solutions in a cost-effective way, which of course will lead to a best and competitive quotation for you.
Design & E-proof Approval
When you have your designs ready and share the files with us, our tech team will review them to make sure your designs for all of the aspects or board game components are all aligned with the manufacturing requirements. We may advise you to improve with professional solutions anything that is unsuitable. And once it is done, a complete set of digital formatting files ( which we call E-proof ) will be sent to you for your approval.
Sample Making (Prototyping)
This is a pre-production copy precisely made based on your requirements and the approved E-proof, which usually takes about 7~14 days, and it will be sent to you for your confirmation or be shown to you via video conference. Our professionals will follow up and talk with you on any possible change you may want to cast on the sample and make sure all of the changes be fully tackled and be perfectly fulfilled in the coming mass production.
Production
The mass production sets off right away once the sample is confirmed. Our Production Dept works out a detailed schedule for any order that goes to the mass production. And our professionals keep following up and monitoring everything during the production process in order to make sure everything goes well or talk with you in time in case of any situation comes up. We will send you pictures or videos on each production course to let you know clearly where and how it goes just like you are on site.
We will prepare a mass production copy for your inspection by either sending it to you or showing it to you through a video conference right before the mass production is completed to let you know what the product you are eager to have finally and exactly looks like. Of course your confirmation on the mass production copy is the key point for us to go to the next step in which the product will be assembled and packaged.
Our QC members will carry out a final checking and inspection in this step to ensure everything is fine and completely qualified. And usually we would like to prepare in the carton some additional parts as replacements in case of any unexpected damage caused in transit or in case your backers or customers request them. Shipment
Your order is ready to ship. We have been working with several qualified forwarders & couriers and offer multiple shipment terms like EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, DDP, etc. to make sure the packages be delivered to you on time, safe and secure. And of course with competitive freight cost, either by Sea, Air or Express. You can also arrange your partner forwarder or broker to come picking up the packages from our factory warehouse.
