Our minimum order quantity varies with product types. For packaging boxes, it's typically 500 units. For card and board games, we can accommodate smaller runs starting from 300 units for some projects. If your order quantity is smaller than this, you can contact our prfessionals and hopefully we can work out a better solution for you.
How long does production take?
The production time depends on the product type, complexity, and the order quantity. The standard production run typically takes 2-4 weeks after the approval of the design and the confirmation of the sample.
Do you provide design services?

What file formats do you accept?
We accept high-resolution PDF files with embedded fonts and images as our primary format. We can also work with AI (Adobe Illustrator), EPS, and PSD files.
Do you offer product samples?
Yes, we provide pre-production samples for approval before mass production starts. The sample costs vary with product complexity and materials.
