Color Matching Is the Real Work

A lot of factories can print. Fewer can hold the color across reorder batches.

We handle color two ways:

1. CMYK full-color print – good for gradients, photos, multi-color artwork.

2. Pantone / PMS spot color – better when your brand color has to be the same on every batch.

For brand-critical jobs, we normally advise a physical sample before bulk. Screen color and printed color are not the same, and paper stock changes the result more than most buyers expect.

Production Flow (How an Order Usually Goes)

1. You send box size, product weight, quantity, artwork status, destination market.

2. We suggest structure + board grade + print method.

3. Dieline and artwork check — bleed, safe area, barcode, foil/emboss position.

4. Blank sample or printed sample for approval.

5. Bulk production: usually 7–20 working days after sample sign-off.

6. Export carton packing, flat-pack or assembled, by air/sea/express.

MOQ depends on box type. Folding cartons and mailers can start lower; rigid boxes need bigger runs to make the setup cost worthwhile.

Do you print inside the box too?

Yes. Inside print, inside foil, inside soft-touch — common for premium mailers.

Can you match my Pantone brand color?

Yes, but we’ll confirm whether CMYK approximation is acceptable or a spot color plate is needed. Spot color costs more and prints cleaner.

What file do you need?

PDF/AI with 300 dpi, 3–5 mm bleed, fonts outlined. If you only have PNG/JPG, we can still check it and tell you what will go wrong before printing.

How fast can I get samples?

Blank structural sample: 2–4 days. Printed sample: 3–7 days after artwork is finalized.
